Its Japanese model, the X-Trail has been already introduced back at home, so we now what to expect from Nissan’s new hybrid SUV. In this powertrain, the engine produces 145 horsepower and 153 lb-ft, while the electric motor releases 40 hp. This Nissan’s Intelligent Dual Clutch setup is powered by a lithium-ion battery, and also, the drivetrain delivers more low-end torque for better acceleration and reduces nitrogen oxide emissions by 75 percent in comparison with a gasoline-powered Rogue.

Crossover’s exterior styling should be almost identical to the current model, but there will be some new tweaks on the interior.
