2017 Chevrolet Bolt Gets Light Chassis and Volt’s Design Tweaks

GM’s first dedicated electric crossover will definitely show that that the carmaker knows its job. The 2017 Chevrolet Bolt will ride on the lightweight “Gamma” platform, which is introduced on the Sonic EV. Except of the light chassis, the new electric SUV will come essentially different from its concept hatchback announcement. The front end will be nothing like we saw on the concept, because the 2017 Bolt evidently resembles Chevy Volt, while the rear section gets an all-new, pretty powerful styling. The cab is speculated to adopt a lot from the concept, so we can expect pretty futuristic design inside.
