The 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport Coupe is spotted once again, but in contrast to the earlier prototype that was tested in Scotland, this one drives circles on the Nurburgring. Also, the new testing vehicle sports some new styling tweaks, which makes it even more coupe-like.

Compared to the regular model, this one features totally different bodywork. There is a sloped roof and really rakish hatch, which makes us to believe that the SUV won’t have optional third row. As for the rest of the body, the British car manufacturer has no intention to change a lot. Moreover, the front end looks exactly the same as you can see on the Range Rover Sport. Well, not completely identical, because the 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is getting a different headlight styling which will also feature full-LED treatment.
Engine Options
Judging by the spy shots, the coupe-like SUV will look quite handsome, but this is nothing without proper engine options and appropriate architecture. As for the platform, the 2018 Range Rover Sport Coupe will use the ultra-light underpinning with plenty of aluminum. The chassis is very much like the ones you’ll find on Jaguar’s F-Pace, except the new sloped-roof SUV could add several more inches. Under the stylish hood, the vehicle will have one really amazing option. It’s the carmaker’s new 3.0-liter supercharged V-6, which will be able to produce 340 horsepower and 332 lb-ft of twist. In addition, the SUV will likely offer a 4-cylinder unit, as well as turbo-diesel V-6 mill for all oil-burner fans. Still, the best performance will come with a supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 engine that will power the SVR model. The drivetrain will develop around 550 hp, which is really amazing. All options will be matted to an eight-speed automatic transmission, while we could also see an electric only model, but a year after arrival of the regular model.
Estimated Price and Arrival
