In any case, the 2018 Ram 1500 Mega Cab will offer a few additional inches, which is going to have really big influence on the interior. Compared to the regular Crew Cab that is already very spacious, this Mega Cab will likely offer an ultra-cozy interior, especially to the back-seat passengers. Except of the extended body, the testing mule shows no other changes on the exterior. As for the all-new twin-scroll V6, it won’t be ready for the 2018 Ram 1500 Mega Cab, but you can expect it under the hood of the 2019 Ram 1500.
