2020 Porsche Macan Coupe Is Coming in 2019

Porsche’s lineup is grooving rapidly. Not so long ago, the German car manufacturer had no any four-door model, or a SUV, but now they offer a number of totally different cars. However, it appears that SUVs brought the biggest profit to the carmaker in the past couple of years. Because of that, they are working on some new high-riding vehicle that will be introduced in two or three years. We already announced the arrival of Cayenne coupe, but the automaker is also reconsidering to add the 2020 Porsche Macan Coupe.

Rumors

The all-new model will arrive sometime in 2019. Now, there is nothing official about it, yet the rumors indicate it will borrow almost everything from the regular version of the new generation Macan. This so called Sports Activity Coupe styling is pretty new automotive trend, so there are not too many this kind models. However, since Porsche’s model won’t come for another three years, the segment will definitely be significantly expanded.

Engines

On the other hand, the 2020 Porsche Macan Coupe won’t be just some sleek-looking SUV, but really luxurious car, with powerful engine options of course. Speaking of which, the vehicle will get the base 3.0-liter V6 mill, which is rumored to produce around 400 ponies. The car manufacturer will also offer a range-topping twin-turbo, 4.8-liter V-8 mill. According to our sources, the unit will be able to produce a whopping 600 horsepower.

Coupe-inspired Macan is still just an idea, but since the carmaker works on the Cayenne coupe, there is a big chance to see the smaller brother too.

Stay tuned for updates.
