2020 Rezvani Tank SUV Gets A 1,000 HP Option

Automobile company Rezvani unveiled an updated version of its Tank SUV. Just like the original, the 2020 model has been based on the latest Wrangler. More precisely, this new one takes genes from the JL Wrangler, while the original model was based on the JK Wrangler. Either way, there is a really big difference between the iconic off-roader and the 2020 Rezvani Tank. First of all, the new Wrangler costs under $30K, while the entry-point Tank starts at $155K. The price difference is enormous, but there is a really big reason why the outlandish SUV costs this much.

First of all, potential buyers will be able to make a choice between five engines. The base model gets Wrangler’s new 2.0-liter turbo-four capable of delivering 285 hp in total. There’s also a naturally aspirated 3.6-liter V6 that pumps out the same amount of power like the aforementioned mill, as well as an oil-burner 3.0-liter V6 diesel. For those that rather prefer V8s, the company decided to make available a 500-horsepower 6.4-liter option, as well as a special version of the Hellcat Redeye’s supercharged 6.2-liter engine. Yes, instead of a 707-horsepower 6.2-liter supercharged V-8 which was taken from the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, the toping 2020 Tank X gets the Demon-sourced option that kicks out a whopping output of 1,000 horsepower and 870 pound-feet of twist. Still, you should know that the topper costs $349,000.

The awesome SUV undergoes subtle styling changes when compared to its predecessor. Like you can notice, both, the headlights and taillights have been changed, while the successor got smoother lines all around. The 2020 Rezvani Tank sports new details on its hood and fenders, as well as more conventional side windows. In addition, the automaker decided to swap rear suicide doors and odd handles with pretty much usual ones. Inside, Rezvani decided to stick with Wrangler’s original concept, though there are plenty of changes since Jeep redesigned its off-roader from the ground up.

The 2020 Rezvani Tank received off-road modifications too. From now on, the SUV comes coupled with 37-inch tires; the base model gets 4-inch suspension lift and Fox shocks, but that can be replaced with reservoir shocks and a 6-inch lift. Every model is fitted with locking differentials and beefy brakes with eight-piston calipers, as well as with special heavy axles.

In case you want the 2020 Tank Military, you need to set aside at least $295,000. This beast is fitted with armored body panels and military-spec runflat tires, while there are also a night vision camera, a self-sealing gas tank, smoke screen, electrified door handles, gas masks, blinding lights, and ram bumpers. Amazing electromagnetic pulse protection comes as a cherry on the top.
