According to some rumors, Ford will reportedly spice up the 2018 Raptor with a new engine. Believe it or not, the source claims that the refreshed truck could get a naturally-aspirated 7.0-liter V8 gasoline mill. If you want our opinion, we are absolutely sure that this won’t happen. Moreover, the high-performance will probably rely on an unchanged powertrain. It’s the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 that delivers 450 horsepower and come in a pair with a 10-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Still, the pickup will add a new rear suspension for sure. Judging by the information we have, the 2018 Raptor will get a new five-link, coil-spring rear suspension, and four-wheel disc brakes.
As you can see, the 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor features almost identical exterior design as today’s model.
