2019 Ram Power Wagon Spied Facelifted

Ram is preparing some serious “monsters” for the upcoming year. The manufacturer is getting ready to introduce the all-new Ram 1500 at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show, while after that, they will add an updated version of the 2019 Ram Power Wagon. The Power Wagon appears to feature some slight changes in the ends, so this could be some new option and not the facelifted truck. Either way, this won’t last too long, because Ram prepares the all-new model for 2020.

Styling Changes and Updated Technology

In any case, the 2019 Ram Power Wagon will definitely host a new grille. More precisely, the camouflage hides a really huge crosshair grille. Both lower fascia and headlights are also getting some changes, while the bumper shows a winch, so there might be some new details here as well. The rear end isn’t covered at all, yet we think it’s going to sport slightly redesigned taillights and tailgate. The carmaker will add a few changes inside as well. Some new covers are the safe bet, but we also expect an updated UConnect infotainment system and perhaps a redesigned dashboard. If it’s a new trim (higher trim hopefully), it might also include some additional equipment and better safety features.

Untouched Performance

The prototype of the 2019 Ram Power Wagon shows unchanged ground clearance, which is good because the current model offers plenty of it. It’s pretty the same story under the hood. The pickup will continue to offer the amazing 6.4-liter Hemi V-8. The unit will deliver the unchanged performance, so you can expect 410 hp and 429 lb-ft of torque, as well as a towing ability of 10,030 lb. The figures will stay until the arrival of the new generation Ram Power Wagon.

Estimated Price and Arrival

The refreshed Power Wagon will appear shortly after the new generation Ram 1500, most likely at the 2018 Chicago Auto Show. If we are looking into the updated version, it’s going to keep the price unchanged for sure. However, in case it is the new trim, it might cost more.
