2020 Nissan Titan Pro-X4 Off-Road Pickup Truck Gets Updates

Nissan’s updated full-size pickup truck has been spied testing again. This time, however, the Japanese automaker decided to try out a prototype of the tougher, off-road-oriented 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-X4. The option which has been spied cruising around Farmington Hills, Michigan keeps styling changed beneath the camouflage. More precisely, the truck covers its ends, so it’s quite clear where the biggest focus for the carmaker was this time.

The heavy wrapping hides an updated front fascia with new LED headlights, re-tweaked grilles, and an updated bumper. Changes are not that drastic around back though. As far as we can see, the pickup will get just updated taillights and nothing else.

Inside of the cabin, the 2020 Nissan Titan Pro-X4 provides a range of new things. The most evident change inside is a new infotainment screen which will come teamed with a new infotainment system. The automaker decided to move the physical controls below the screen. Taking into account that the current one keeps buttons at each side of the screen, this is quite a big improvement, don’t you agree. The truck comes paired with a new steering wheel too. This one hosts adaptive cruise controls.

The off-road pickup truck will most definitely use the same option beneath the hood. The impressive 5.6-liter V8 will reportedly receive more power. Interestingly, word on the street is that this new 2020 Titan Pro-X4 is going to improve its fuel economy too. Well, if so, then you can also expect some kind of electric help under the hood.

If we have good information, the updated half-ton pickup truck will make its official debut before the end of this year. However, the refreshed model won’t hit dealerships until next spring, so stay tuned for updates.
