Four-Ring Company has released pricing for the 2018 Audi RS4 Avant. The awesome wagon starts at €79,800 in Germany, which is almost $93,000. Yes, it sounds like too much for the topper, but the vehicle really provides the ultimate experience. Here is why:
The RS4 Avant is using an amazing powertrain. The motivation comes from 2.9-liter TFSI biturbo V6 engine. The mill is paired with Quattro all-wheel-drive system which gets power via an updated 8-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The topping Avant gets all 444 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque from the V6. That’s enough for a 0-62 mph sprint of exactly 4.1 seconds. Audi set a top-speed limit to 155 mph, but the drivers addicted to high-speed ride can always add more money for optional RS Dynamics Package that pushes the limit to 174 mph.
Available Options and Platform Benefits
The RS Dynamics Package isn’t everything that the potential buyers can add. No, they can also choose between standard 19-inch wheels and optional 20-inch alloys. Plus, there are extras like dynamic steering and ceramic brakes, as well as a mode-adjustable suspension.
That’s not everything of course. The 2018 Audi RS4 Avant is featuring a new, significantly more attractive exterior design, which sits on the new platform. The lightweight architecture managed to shed around 176 pounds, regardless of significantly more equipment and a range of new safety aids.
The 2018 RS4 Avant hosts a gorgeous cabin as well. Audi added a carbon trim with aluminum contrast elements and specific sports seats. There is a popular head-up display with G-force indicator and flat-bottom steering wheel, which fits perfectly to the car.
