2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE63 New Spy Shots

If you are a true fan of Mercedes you are probably aware that the carmaker introduced the awesome GLE not so long ago. As much as the SUV is amazing, it’s going to be nothing when compared with the upcoming pair of AMGs. We’ve seen both of the toppers while testing over the year and we can’t wait to see them uncovered.

While we’ve spied the tamer and hybrid-treated AMG53 a few weeks ago, today our photographers managed to catch the vanilla 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE63. The high-performance SUV is still camouflaged, but it clearly shows what’s better in comparison to the regular model. The testing prototype points out fairly massive brakes with red calipers, as well as AMG’s distinctive grille and larger air intakes in the front and the quad-tip exhaust in the rear which feature a square-shape design of course.

The new crossover SUV will use a rear-biased all-wheel-drive system for its 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 engine and a 9-speed auto gearbox. The carmaker didn’t say anything regarding the output of the SUV, but we are pretty sure it’s going to deliver over 600 horsepower.

The 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE63 will make the official debut next spring.
