Updated 2021 Audi Q5 Spied In The Show

Even though winter hasn’t started yet, there’re some pretty cold places in the northern hemisphere, and those sports are perfect for some cold testing of new and future cars. This facelifted 2021 Audi Q5 has been spied testing somewhere in snowy Scandinavia. The popular crossover SUV will reportedly make a debut next spring, which means that the camouflage hides actual changes. As far as we see, the updated Q5 sports a new front end, with a revised grille, headlights, and bumper. There are several changes around back too. More precisely, the rear gets updated taillights with new graphics and a tad different rear bumper.

The restyled 2021 Audi Q5 will feature a couple of changes too. Still, the third screen used to control the HVAC won’t happen this time. Instead, the crossover will feature just minimal changes that include a new infotainment system and A/C buttons, as well as the dash-mounted touchscreen that could grow to 10.1 inches.

There’s no info regarding the powertrain at the moment, but we think we know what’s cooking. Allegedly, the 2021 Q5 will get a longer-range plug-in hybrid variant. Other options, on the other hand, will stay as they are, meaning, there will be gasoline and diesel mills including 2-and 3.0-liter options ranging from 160- to 300 horsepower. There’s a word about more powerful SQ5 and SQ5 TDI, yet we still have no official information about it.

Stay tuned for updates.
